Poor concentration

Anyone else get this I can't seem to concentrate on anything properly also feel when I speak my words don't come out properly and they are all muddled up
Or is it just me

Yep, both have been issues for me for a long time, even before my anxiety got really bad at the end of last year. It's no fun but just another anxiety symptom we have to deal with. There are so many!
