Head pressure

Help! I have been getting head pressure on the left side of my head. It has pressure but no pain. I'm scared that it may be something serious. I experienced this before but on other parts of my head like the center of the temple it feels like something is there but I don't feel pain just a throb pressure... Help please.

I have had this numerous times, usually left side I think. All sorts of non painful brain sensations including brain vibrations at night! (which neurologist told me was a muscle twitching from anxiety)

I think non HA people get these brain feelings too they just don't notice!

Thanks for responding! I'm having a check up this week I hope everything turns out well. Ever since I had anxiety everything just changed..

yep always the same for me, always left side. pressure, intermittent pain, esp in temples. again it's one of those things that i've absorbed into my "normal".
