freckle become raised

so after calming self down today after my spiral, I notice my neck under chin freckle is raised. It's in such an awkward place. It's tan, small. It feels like its gone down last hour. Is it normal for them to raise?

Of course no one can give a diagnosis but the fact it has gone down in the last hour shows it is nothing bad, if it was something to worry about it would keep growing and not go up and down, maybe you have a small spot that has made the freckle raise, I have had loads of these, I have had cuts on moles/freckles which have turned out to be nothing to do with the mole itself I just happened to get a spot right on top of a mole.

Just keep an eye on it but does not sound bad, if you are worried see a doctor to put your mind at ease.
