Visual Snow on light and dark surfaces

Does anyone else get visual snow? I've had it in dark rooms my whole life and now I'm noticing it on plain white backgrounds like walls, computer screens etc. My health anxiety is telling me it's a new symptom but I'm not sure if it is or not or if it's just because I've been hyper-focused on my vision lately.

It's annoying me right now as I type this and when I'm trying to work, I can see it in the text box.

Is it something I should be concerned about?

It's absolutely natural and normal in low light or dark rooms. In bright light? Like those that talk about floaters and such, I truly believe you're hyper-focusing and it's a skewed perception due to your anxiety.
