So just above the nape if my neck I have a sore patch to touch now I have long hair so don't know if it's due to having hair up or a gland that's just sore but I'm panicking that it may be something serious I also have a headache so this also making me worry it comes and goes sometimes it feels worse and other times its not there I've had it since yesterday morning and can't stop thinking about it any advice would be grateful
