I have been having dull pain at the base of my neck for a day or 2. I have a small sore lump on the back of my head as if I bumped it. It feels sore when I push it and stays sore for a minute or 2 and usually only hurts when I push on it. I just noticed this bump 2 days ago and I'm worried it's a tumor. I don't believe I babe any other alarming symptoms. I was laying outside with my neck bent over a float in the pool so I was attributing the initial pain as I was just laying weird but I don't remember bumping my head to cause a bump. Any one else have this problem? Could it be a muscle from laying weird that may be inflammed? Or do I have something to actually worry about?
