Hello everyone!

I have come to this forum a ton of times when conducting searches to find out about my anxiety and the symptoms I am going through. Today, I decided that I would join this forum. After reading several posts and seeing how you all really do care for each other, I felt that it was the right time to reach out for help, advice and to hopefully, give out some good advice and help as well.
