Afraid of sleepovers

I know it sounds stupid, but ever since I started having panic attacks I have been to afraid to stay over anyway (night anxiety).. How can I overcome this :(

It is not stupid, I am exactly the same:) Are your friends/ the people you want to sleepover aware of your anxiety and panic attacks?
