Chest problems

Hi

I know it's pretty common but this is freaking me out a bit. I used to always get a tight chest. This seems to have changed into heart fluttering. I don't seem to get the tight chest.

I've recently changed jobs and my daily commute involves a 1km walk each way. Is this a coincidence?

I do worry about my heart quite a lot.

Could be but get it checked, also walk in comfy shoes preferably trainers and if you carry a bag try to even the weight across your body

Sounds like a great idea. I should get it checked to put my mind at rest. I don't really get it when walking or exercising but a quick trip to the docs and perhaps a referral may clear up the worry
