Hi everyone
I have suffered with anxiety and panic for almost four years, it's constantly changing making it very difficult to treat.
My most recent symptom is depersonalisation and I hate it, it makes me freak out so much. Currently I find my hands feel strange, it's like they aren't mine, like they're numb and can't work properly. Does anyone else get this? If so, how do you make it better.
