wrong word

I am very nervous and the other day was at work and answering a coworker..I wanted to end a sentence with the word winter and said cucumber instead..I realized I said the wrong word, but was not thinking about anything and now I am sure I have dementia..Has this happened to anyone else..??help please

I have, actually today said the wrong word too, but to be honest my head is almost always full of so much going on and anxiety to top that, I'm not suprised I get words wrong at times

That's not dementia...anxiety quite possibly but not dementia.
