I feel I am putting too much pressure on myself to do the things I used to do.. I'm hoping that the further I get away from Ativan withdrawl the easier it will become to do the old things?... But when I dont put pressure on myself I feel guilty and feel everyone thinks I'm lazy..... This sucks
