Hi,

I will introduce Myself. My name is Gyslain and I am a French Canadian. I am 33 years old and suffering from health anxiety after being diagnose with Angina and Diabetes. Both of them are under control, and I do tests every year for the Angina to make sure everything is good. Diabetes is the same except it's every 6 months and it is very well controlled.

My anxiety is centered on my Angina and heart problems. Every time I feel something in the chest area that I do not feel is "normal" I panic. Sometimes I can go weeks with only minor problems and sometimes for many days I can't get rid of the panic and fell major anxiety.

That is me right now.
