So, I have some pain in my left arm between the shoulder and elbow. It is on the outside of the arm. The feeling of pain is very slight, on a scale of 1 to 10 it's a 1 at the most. Really more of a discomfort than anything else. Also feels a bit tight sometimes. It last a few seconds than goes away.
I was feeling a bit anxious about it so I went and googled left arm pain. Big mistake...
Everything on the first page was about heart attack. I know this is not it, I did a stress test with EKG a few months ago that came back clean and no chest pains at all but because of anxiety I can't get my mind off of it.
I do sleep on my side with an arm under my pillow (often the left one) but even thought I logically know it is nothing, I still can't stop feeling anxious.
Anyone else? Looking for shared stories.
