Hello everyone:)
I have suffered from anxiety for a few years now. I have been on meds for about 2 yrs and for the most part I think it works great. But the last few days I have been feeling terrible and I am "SURE" I am in the middle of a heart attack.
I have dull aching in my chest on and off. I have a stiff neck and I have this dull ach in my arms. I don't understand this. I am so scared!!!!!!
I am young only 32 and I know it's so unlikey that I am having a heart attack but I just can't seem to think otherwise.
Anyone else think they are dying from a heart attack?
