Hi all
I'm a 30 yr old female.... I have anxiety and panic attacks... I get palpitations and left arm and chest pain.... Last month I had a chest xray, ecg, stress ecg, echo and blood work... All clear and normal... Do you think I can rest assured that its not my heart but in fact my anxiety?

Yes, you can relax. And when you do, the symptoms will lessen and eventually disappear. You did the right thing, had all the tests and got the all clear. So you know it's due to anxiety. Hope you feel better soon.
