tired all the time

hi I'm currently on the 150 mg of venlafaxine and i am so tired all the time. my doc is upping to 225. does anyone no if the tiredness will wear off eventually ? i have been on it for 8 weeks already. many thanks

When I got to 225mg I did notice an increase in energy.
