panic attack

last posted a while ago hadnt had a pa for 6 weeks until thurs night what a pain it is, any how managed to not get to worried about still had chest pains feeling of losing it, but still feeling well rough and totally shattered is this normal just need some advice off to see docs again next week trying to pull myself round to go to work pm.

yes its normal, how long have you suffered panic attacks ?

just since dec 2006 so just new to them cant sleep after a pa for a good few days

I woke up on friday night and promptly had a panic attack- not had one for a few months of that magnitude- but once i'd calmed down i realised it was just a panic attack , drew a line under it and carried on. If you dont it becomes that vicioous circle which i hope never to enter again.
