I have lips that feel like sandpaper at the moment.
I've had it before but generally could put it down to sun, wnd or a dry climate.
This time I can't blame any of those and of course it's started to worry me why this should have happened.
I did a search on this forum and I see that some people think it may be due to their medication. But I'm not on any medication.
The only thing I've done that's different is eat Balsamic vinegar for a few days on my salad.
Hoping that's what caused it.
I see some people have posted that they've had it almost constantly since they became anxious.
Not sure that I can blame this on anxiety. But it's certainly and stupidly making me anxious!
Anyone else have this or have any suggestions for its cause.
I'm using Vaseline at the moment.
