Bleeding from gums

Have 3 wisdom teeth coming through. Is it common for my gums to bleed from my front teeth as well??

I've had this in the past and it was caused by poor dental hygiene at the time. I remedied it by a powerful over the counter mouthwash called something like Corsidyl or something like that, plus brushing well twice a day. It cleared up in a few weeks, hope you have a similar result.
