Newish moles on back

Hey there,

With my health anxiety being in overdrive recently I've noticed that I have what seem to be fairly new moles on my back - they've maybe been there for quite a few months, I just haven't noticed them before. Some have hair growing out of them, some don't.

None of them have any strange colours or shapes, all normal looking - it's just the fact that I've just turned 31 and I seem to have grown a few new moles in the last year - is this something I should be worried about? Should I have noticed bad symptoms by now?

I never sit out in the sun so I'm not sure how they got there.

Some of us unfortunate types (myself included) are just prone to moles. I am an American, but of Scot, English and Scandinavian ancestry. After 45 years, I am riddled with dang moles. I hate them, and I seem to get new ones all the time. That said, the doc I see once a year does not seem to be concerned with any of them, and I seem to notice new ones all the time. Unless they do something weird, I wouldn't pay them any mind.
