finally prescribed pregabalin

Hi, finally been prescribed this med, after almost 2 years of trying to persuade my GP, just hope it works for me where others have failed

So what dose did they start you on, did they mention a target therapeutic dose?

I was started on 50 mg twice a day, then 75 mg twice per day, then 100 mgs twice a day.
Now just increased to 150 mgs in AM and 100 mgs at supper.
I have seen some improvement but will likely need more.

I had to go up to 300mg to start getting some real results. 150 twice a day.

im quite sensitive to meds to starting ing on 25mg twice a day and working up to 150mg spread over three doses per day and see how goes then.
Did you guys notice any start up effects?

I found very little negative side effects on Pregabalin. I did have slight dizziness whenever I increased my dose, but that would pass. You might have an issue libido, this seems quite common but most find it to be a temporary problem.
