Hi my left leg is aching all the time has anyone else had this was wondering if it's just my muscles or something else it's driving me mad :shrug:

I want to google the symptoms but I just know it will tell me I have a life threatening illness so I'm trying not to lol

hmmm one sided leg ache, well the stress and anxiety can definitely leave your body tired :( However annoying it is i don't think you need to worry about it (easier said than done) i know! but I know I use this site for reassurance and from an outsider perspective you are over thinking this one for sure :D
