Face Tightness

Hey all. For the last couple of weeks I've been getting this sudden tightness in the left side of my face, specifically around my cheek and under my eye. It goes away pretty quickly and I put it down to anxiety before. Unfortunately I read something about facial weakness on one side and mini-strokes. Im pretty sure that the lack of other symptoms means I'm not suffering mini-strokes, but I can't get the thought out of my head recently.

Does anyone else get this face tightness at all? Is it just anxiety?

Tmj? Sleeping wrong? Neck tension? Could be a number of minor things. Try not to worry about it and do some neck stretches or switch pillows. Im pretty sure I have tmj and if I sleep on the couch it usually goes away after a while.
