Newbie from South Wales

Just joined today :-D

Suffered from anxiety since I was a child and depression started in my early 20's.
Have been on various meds, currently on Sertraline 50mg.
I also have disk problems in my back so have developed a lovely addiction to Codeine.
Never joined a forum before but sick of feeling alone.

Very glad to meet you. I too am very new and just trying to get to grips with how to navigate the site properly. I also take 50mg sertraline as a long term maintenance dose.I hope this website helps you to feel not so alone.
