Hi there im new to this site and any forums in general. I'm 36 and after having my daughter 18months ago I found it difficult to leave the house and started having panic attacks. It started to take over my life so I seeked help, and I came to the realisation that I suffered with anxiety and have done since a young age.
Hopefully I can learn a few things from being on here and get to know others in similar situations :)
