Small lump in hard palate

Some weeks ago I noticed a small lump in my hard palate. It is roughly the size of a pimple. The problem is that it comes and goes. The "pimple" gets smaller after a couple of days and then it completely disappears. Then, after a day or two it grows again to the "normal" size. And the area around it gets a little red.
Do you guys think it can be something HPV related?
