i had my first panic attack 9 months ago after my brother died
suddenly ofa massive epileptic fit and have sufferd since i must admit im

warm welcome to you. Really sorry to hear about your brother, i can only imagine what you must have been going through.

You're in the right place......good help and advice is always at hand for you on this site, it's helped me loads as i'm sure it will you.

Myself i have been suffering from anxiety and full blown panic since setember 06, but i won't bore you and go into that now cos i'm only suppose to be replying to your message.
