View Full Version : Tense or Tight thighs

Hey all, please help.
Last week or two on and off I have got tight thigh muscles, I have no idea why. I have not hurt them of anything, now I am worried they will cramp up and I will be in so much agony.
I hate having anxiety it creeps up when you least expect it.
I can't seem to calm down and feel shaky cause I know I am worrying.
Does anyone else get like this ??
Any help or techniques you could tell me ?

I get this from time to time. belly breathing and progressive muscle relaxation both help enormously. As does exercise if you are able. Also, when you're aware it's happening, take a nice deep belly breath in and on the exhale, focus on relaxing all your muscles. It's perfectly normal to feel this way and nothing to worry about.
