Im 13 and about to start family counselloring with my parents, and im so scared..

What is family counselloring and what is actually going to happen?

Is is confidential?

Has anyone got any tips for me?

hello hun.. this can be a great oppotunity for you and your family.. its basically an oppotunity for you and your family to go and talk to each other. the counsillor will sit in on the sessions and ask you questions about how you feel about certain situations that are causing tension. its also an opputunity to listen. sometimes we all find it hard to listen to each other so in a controlled enviroment it can be very beneficial.. wish ya lotsa luck... x x x
