Anxiety/Panic attacks

Hello I'm new to this site. I have suffered anxiety since I was about 17 years old. I was on meds for about 15 years straight. I'm now only taking a Xanax when needed. I have good days and bad days. This lady week has been rough for me I have been having panic attacks I'm under some stress but I know I will pull through it. I get sinus tachycardia, shake, sweat and upset stomach due to my anxiety not to mention a numb face. I know I'm healthy and yea I'm scared of a heart attack, stroke,afib but that's ok bc I keep telling myself I know I'm healthy and it's ok to be scared about that and I have to learn not to let it go to my head.
