Hi everyone,
Hope you might be able to help
Had a bit of a nightmare fortnight and it seems to have caught up with me today and am really feeling the need to recharge my batteries
Having a real low day today been sleeping ok but just feel exhausted have had a shower to freshen up and give myself a boost but wondered what other suggestions people may have?
In the mood to jet off to a spa but sadly that's not possible right now!
Any tips on what I can do at home, hoping for a better day tomorrow and a fresh start.
