Bisoprolol - new user and scared

Hello

So my doctor decided to put me on a v low dose (1.25mg) of bisoprolol today. This is an attempt to stop me feeling palpitations so much; I'm currently on day 6 of constant palps 😞

Is anyone on the forum in the same boat as me? I have a nippy headache and I'm so tired and that's me only taken one.

Any tips/experiences/general info would be appreciated.

I've been on this for about three years as my heartrate was too fast. Originally I noticed a difference immediately and felt calmer. Not so much now but I've had a breakdown so it doesn't work miracles and that's only a small dose (I take the same amount)
