Nausea and anxiety

My anxiety seems to increase when I have nausea or vomiting, how can I make convince myself that my anxiety is my anxiety and the nausea is just a feeling in my stomach that isn't going to make my anxiety worse?.. Also, does domeridone increase anxiety or anything? I use it when feeling sick

I get this too and I've had really bad nausea recently, especially in the mornings, but I know it is just a result of the increased anxiety. Once the anxiety is under control the nausea will disappear. Is it there all the time for you or just at a particular time of the day? I have tablets - cyclizine - but they tend to make me drowsy so I can't really take them in the morning.

Nausea isn't the nicest thing in the world! sorry you suffer with it.. I don't have it daily though, I just mean the random times I happen to have it.. whenever that happens I get all anxious about it :(
