Panic attack?

For a few days I have been worrying I have diabetes because my dad has it. I couldn't just let it go like other times. Now today I started thinking about it and started feeling very light and shaky and I broke down and cried for a little. Is this a panic attack? I'm scared the nausea is because of diabetes and I can't get over it
