brave and scared.

Hi guys.

I got really brave and took my antibiotics for two infections I have. I have pharmacophobia and this took a lot of guts. It's been an hour and I'm convicted I'm having every singe side effect. Mainly Blood clot in my brain/heart or generally becoming paralysed with depersonalization. Any advice? I'm shaking , sweating, petrified. :'(

You have done the right thing in taking the meds. Try deep breathing a few times when you are really stressed, doesn't last but subsides the panic for a while. Stick with the meds. You are being very brave and completely sensible.

Thank you for the support Jill. I don't think people understand how difficult it is. I genuinely believe the pills are going to Kill me. I don't want to feel this way, it just Gnaws away at me. :( Thank you x
