Hello all,
I wonder if anyone else has this problem. This has happened full scale a couple of times. I got caught in a summer rain storm and it seemed as if I was really gasping for breath. At the time I knew I wasn't as I didn't faint or anything and I knew it was just panic/shock but all the same it was pretty horrible.
Then another time it was during the winter stormy windy weather. I came out of a shop perfectly fine. Had been all day. When I had to get back to the car. I just couldn't get my breath and what breath I did have sounded like a very bad trumpet :D
I'm sure its 'just' anxiety and panic but has anyone else experienced it and hopefully found a cure.
The only medical test I have had is an ECG which came back perfect.
