Feeling low about being on tablets

I had a breakdown earlier in the year now I'm on tablets I feel depressed about it as I think I'm getting loads of symptoms like lack of bowel movements and the tablets make me tired by 10.30pm so it's too early a night for me :blush:

The psychiatrist is keeping me on this dose for 4 months without it being cut back and I was about 9 years free of tablets after my last manic episode so I'm stressed as he said about keeping me on a low dose I don't fancy being on tablets forever.

Hi, have you discussed the side effects with your gp they may change them if they are causing other issues. For your current situation are you eating regularly and healthily as this will help as will getting regular exercise
