Rocking sensation

Does anyone else have this ?

When im sitting or lying down i feel like my body is rocking and when i use my mobile my hand shakes like my heartbeat as if my heartbeat is going right through my body and i have a strong heartbeat at my tummy

Is this anxiety or parkinsons ?

It's anxiety. I have this sometimes too. I'm getting better at ignoring it!
