Any good Audio book recommendations?

Hi Guys,

Really struggling just now and need something to settle my mind and keep active while at work, I am fortunate to be allowed to listen to radio etc through my earphones which I have been listening to classical etc but being that overly anxious and tired its like a lullaby to me.

Something less mellow like a good audio book with CBT or anxiety book I can listen to. I am looking through the audible website but there are that many.

No pressure, just want some recommendations if anyone has any?

What are the prices like?

I looked up 3 books I know of and they are ridiculously priced at least twice the copy of the book.

I thought it was free just a monthly prescription/restrictions :(

Used my free token for one that was only an hour aswell compared to 4-5hour long books! Alot cheaper than the others as well, content was ok right enough.

Im going to check around see if theres any other websites they are quite pricey.
