A problem with my mum

My parents have a very unpleasant and disfunctional mariage. It has been so since I can remember. I subconsciously knew that THIS is happening but today I saw a message on my mum`s phone. She was in the other room when the message arrived and she told me to bring the phone to her because she was busy. I TRIED ( I swear!) not to look ant the phone`s screen but my glance just went down and I read what I acually did not wanted to read: She is cheating on my dad. Idk for how long, but the message was quite obvious. Feeling pretty bad right now.

I am not planning on telling her that I know or telling my dad anyway... I will let them handle the problem cause it is not my job anyway. But I think she is dealing with the problem in a very immature way.

I just wanted to get this out of me, I am actually disgusted:doh:

I think you are right not to say anything all you can do now is be supportive to both parents, it is going to be hard knowing what you know.
