So, I have anxiety issues for three years now, it has been an on and off affair. This past month it came back again.
This time however, it showed up with a new symptoms that I haven't felt before.
For past the few days, everytime I wake up, I feel some weird buzzing sensation on the lower half of my head (mainly lips) and shoulders. It's not formication or the tingling typical of panic attacks, it's more like a buzzing or vibration deep inside my muscles. No twitching, just buzzing/vibration.
Then I get up and the buzzing moves to the limbs. It stays like that for 20/30 minutes and then goes off and it doesn't appear again for the whole day... till I sleep and feel all over again when waking up.
Has anyone felt something like this? Maybe I'm just too conscious on the process of waking up?
