Hi everyone, I'm new here but unfortunately not new to anxiety and depression.
Have been doing ok for the last few years (was on citralopram for depression and health anxiety) But stupidly stopped taking them 7 months ago during one of the most stressful things you can do, buying our first house ( I just stopped, didn't wean myself off, don't know what I was thinking! ). Needless to say I have hit a brick wall and my anxiousness is worse than ever.
Would just like some support.

Hi Mildredd. Welcome! Sorry to hear you are feeling poorly at the moment. Are you considering going back onto the Citalopram? There is a great Citalopram board where you can get lots of advice and support. Hope things improve for you soon x
