Hello,
I have had Anxiety for about 2 years and trying to get back to normal.
Doing well I started going to the gym and doing more exercise feeling much better. But yesterday I had a sudden sharp chest pain maybe for one second and it travelled down my left arm I wasn't exercising at the time and I got a rush of adrenaline and felt really bad afterwards.
I hadn't had any chest pains for a few weeks and it has really knock me back. Doctor just said don't worry it isn't a heart attack. I am still on 20mg Citalopram and was hoping to reduce it but not now.....
I hate thinking that I am going to die :WTF:
