Hi.
Basically yesterday I dropped a large heavy mirror straight in the top of my foot. It swelled up pretty bad and was pretty bruised and I was in a lot of pain. So I thought I broke it . So I went to a and e to have an xray to see what was going on etc. .
Luckily it wasn't broke but damaged a tendon / ligament and was sent away
Anyway today my mind is going crazy and with it still being really painful and not being able to walk on it properly still and the lump is still pretty big. I'm worried I may have developed some sort of blood clot or somthing there and it's going to travel to my lungs/heart.... I'm not sure that's even possible but it's making my anxiety so bad tonight . .
