Ocd sufferer relapsing saying hello

Hi

I'm in my mid 40's and was diagnosed just over 10 years ago. Have tried CBT several times (doesn't work for me), but had a good level of success with other therapies plus clomipramine. But I felt I was doing really well, stopped taking my meds and taking care of myself and now I'm bad again.

I look forward to talking to others and moving on with recovery.
