So I have taken propanalol around 7 times in the kast three months, I take 10mg prn to help with panic attacks, it has worked perfect all along.. I took it last night and it was perfect as usual, I took it at 10pm and went to bed at 2.30am (which is normal for me), but when I got to bed I had more trouble sleeping than usual and I went into fight or flight mode for a short amount of time.. Is this propanalol or had the effcts just worn off and I was worrying about it too much?
