Hello
I'm largely over my anxiety thank goodness. However in the last few weeks I've had 3 scary episodes where my heart felt like it skipped a beat and I felt I was going to pass out.
Each time this happened I was in a crowded environment with strangers and felt a bit trapped.
Because if the situations I was in each time I'm sure this were mini panic attacks. I say mini as they only lasted seconds and then I did 7-11 breathing and managed to calm myself down.
Does this sound dangerous though? I read a lot about palpitations but not with the fainting feeling!
