cit 20mg 14 week (not working)

Well almost 14 week on 20mg of citolapram and i am feeling rubbish again.. i have had a couple of moments where i have felt almost normal but this last week feel horrible again. i am seriously thinking off getting of this and maybe try hrt or mini pill. i really do not want to increase the dose. Hope everyone else doing well.
Symptoms . neck ache, arm ache, starving, tight chest, cant get a satisfying breath, no motivation or energy, tired, yawing. Just dont feel well at all.

Sorry for the moan but just to feel normal.. i am doing absolutely everything in a normal day to day carry on but not enjoying any of it.. such hard work x

Hang in there. Concentrate on living your life everyday as much as possible rather than thinking about whether it's working or not. I am 7 weeks in on cit and still off work and feel a little better.

Thanks Andy such hard work isnt it? you sound like you are doing loads better than some of your previous posts.. Keep strong:)

Polly, I'm on HRT and citalopram. Perhaps see your GP for a low dose HRT like Evorel 50
