I'm worried that I may have inhaled sand today and it's going to damage my lungs/give me a chest infection.
Was waiting for a bus on the seafront for about 45 minutes when it was very windy today and the sand was blowing everywhere - I could feel it crunching between my teeth where it blew in my mouth. Since then, I've felt a little asthmaey - itching in my salivary gland and a bit tight in the chest.
